I talked about the Palki that took place on Mahashivratri, all the way to the top of Temple Rd. That was a special occasion Palki. Every Thursday, there is a Palki from Nityananda's temple to the Bhadrkali temple up the road. The Palkis are held on Thursdays because when Nityananda was in his body, he would go visiting on Thursdays. Lots of folks stand outside with Arti trays waiting to honor Nityananda's small murti (enlivened statue) that is in the Palki. I was lucky to take this video of the Palki as we arrived at Bhadrkali's temple. You will see people making offerings to Nityananda. I even managed to give you a few glimpses of Bhadrkali. She is the blue faced Goddess in the temple, and the One Nityananda has come to see.
I am amazed at the power of the Palki. There is a lot of Shakti in that parade, and I could feel the powerful effects. How could I feel the powerful effects? I was exhausted afterwards. Lol! Enjoy the video and the blessings of Ganeshpuri, Bhadrkali, and Nityananda coming through to you!
